What is Aseptic Packaging?

Packaging Principle
Roll fed packaging material is sterilized & shaped into a tube. The tube is filled with the product and the desired packages are shaped and sealed below the surface of the liquid leaving no air spaceinthe package.
Sterilsation of the packaging material is made in a bath of hydrogen peroxide. Any residue is removed with heat. This leaves the packaging material completely dry and creates a sterile atmosphere in the filling section.
