Semi Automatic Cartoning Machines. Our Semi-automatic cartoning machine speeds up the cartoning process in every possible way. The horizontal semi-automatic cartoning machine manufactured by us is ideal for pharmaceuticals. It is also suitable for a wide range of bottles, containers pouches, blister packs, etc. Thus we are famous exporters of it from India.
OPERATION
- The Carton Magazine (In feed device) is the initial point for the, machine where the cartons are I loaded and it will be picking up with the help of Vacuum jaws continuously one bye one. Then they positioned in the rotating wheel and move accordingly in I the clockwise direction.
- There is a device which closes I the flaps at bottom side with the help of pneumatic cylinder.
- The products / bottles / strips will be feed manually in the cartons.
- There is a special device like Bottom closing of the cartons in the machine with Pneumatic cylinder which is closing the carton's flaps at lower side to complete the carton's TUCK IN process satisfactory.
- The machine have the same another devid:e for Topside of the cartons closrng with Pneumatic cylinder whi~h is closing the carton's flap on upper side to complete the carton's TUCK IN process satisf:lctory.
- The packed cartons will be taken out from the rotary wheel by the way of Pneumatic device. Then it collected in cdJlection tray and taken out manualIy.
- The machine is equipped with the help of It1dexing Cam. Therefore the operations are carried out step by step. The second operation Will be printing / Coding on the cartons and that is also online OPTIONAL.
- There is a device tached with the machine called as Leaflet Inserter. When the ca ons come from the printing / coding device, leaflet will come out with Vacuum device and pushed by pneumatic piston in to the cartons.
OPTIONAL
The bottle Tilt down device is synchronized with Conveyor belt and Rotary wheel of the machine. The bottles will be
moving on the conveyors and when they come to tilt down device, it will automatically insert with the centering of the conveyor and
rotary wheel inside the cartons. Bottles are inserting in the cartons based on the synchronized centering of the all devices only OPTIONAL.
